Chicken Sausage &
Summer Squash

Ingredients
- 1 medium yellow summer squash, cut on diagonal into 1/4" slices
- 1 medium zucchini, cut on diagonal into 1/4" slices
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 package (12 ounces) fully cooked smoked apple-chicken sausages (like Casual Gourmet)
Directions
- Preheat grill or broiler.
- Toss yellow squash, zucchini, oil, and salt in medium bowl to combine.
- Place sausages and squash on grill and cook about 8 minutes, turning once, or until sausages are cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Slice each sausage on diagonal and serve with grilled squash and a tomato-basil salad.
